Spray type systems

It is the ideal system for a very large number of parts. The parts to be treated move on the conveyor, are degreased and treated, and then pass through a drying oven, being ready for painting.

According to the chemical process chosen depending on the material from which the parts are made, degreasing is done by spraying. Each active part of the system has its own pumping circuit and set of spray nozzles, the system operating in a closed circuit.

When the baths with chemical substances get dirty, a new amount of chemicals is added or they are emptied and the initial chemical concentration of the solution is restored. The tubs are designed with supply to the location’s water network.
