The Bee Industrial Machinery team
It is a manual application for treating the phosphate coating surface. It ensures degreasing with phosphate-based chemicals in a manual washing tub or with the help of the washing pump. It is recommended for small or very large parts.
Painting booths are closed systems in which powder paint is applied in an electrostatic field. The design is done for each cabin separately, depending on the number of color changes per day, the products to be painted or their number.
This loading system is not provided with a conveyor chain, being formed by itself and suspended trolleys. The parts are hung on hooks and are transported automatically or manually to the painting booth and then to the polymerization oven.
